Approximately 50% of this role is to work closely with the head of IT to deliver measurable savings and sales revenue targets.
Communication without jargon is key to ensure our products and services are understood across the business, beyond the IT department but as a support to the building teams. The other 50% will be working to establish and implement service management solutions directly to members, working with building teams to identify opportunities, get sales over the line and provide technology to our Clockwise customer.
Our technology services portfolio includes on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, IP telephony and applications such as Office 365. The successful individual will bring their previous experience to help develop Clockwise into the market leader in its sector. You will be commercially strong with any experience of working for a flex-operator, Service Provider, Telco, MSP/ISP or similar being useful.
