Sales Haven: An Evening with Sales Titans


About this Event

“An evening with sales titans”, is a unique event that has been put together by Sales Haven founder Kenny Galloway to help all those involved in the sales profession kickstart their new sales year with a massive boost from some unbelievable sales TITANS, whilst helping to raise money for mental health, which is a particularly big issue within the sales industry, sales being one of the top careers to have high poor mental health rates, 50% of your ticket sale will go straight to one of three charities, which one you choose is up to you:

Sales has always been seen as a lonely and mediocre job that people just “fall into”, in some cases this is true but in many cases sales is a fantastic career for those who enjoy the profession, particularly for those who actively seek out opportunities to enhance and grow, to become a better equipped sales person. Without the sales industry a lot of the businesses we love and know wouldn’t be around today, it is our profession that keeps the wheels turning and allows businesses to grow through increased revenue and profits.


Open to sales professionals of all levels: Business owners, start-up founders, Business development managers, internal sales executives, account managers and senior sales leaders, there will be words of wisdom from our seasoned guest panelists that we can all use in our day to day jobs and businesses.


Sales people and anyone else involved in sales, can sometimes feel like asking for help or guidance is a weakness, here at Sales Haven we choose to see asking for help or guidance as a strength!! the sooner you do this, the better you become the best version of yourself and take control of YOUR own sales SUCCESS. This event is a forum for like minded sales people of all walks of life to come together, swap stories, support each other and who knows develop business relationships, that can help one another. Together we can rid the industry of the stigma that we cant support each other or ask for help, asking for help or guidance is not a weakness. Noel Brady

Managing Director, Consult NB1 Limited

Noel Brady held senior positions for over 40 years in both the public and private sectors. He is an Honorary Fellow of the Sales Institute of Ireland and is also a Fellow of the IoD. Noel is the Finance Non-Executive Director for the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust. He is Chairman of Continu Ltd and a member of the Board of the NI Assembly Business Trust. He has recently completed 8 years as a Belfast Harbour Commissioner.

Noel has over 35 years experience of public sector tenders on both sides of the table. NB1 has helped both National and International companies including social enterprise agencies win tenders up to the value of £350M. He is Joint-Chair of the ICT Digital Services Forum set up by CPD to review and plan for future Digital projects planned for the NI Public Sector. Noel is on record stating that writing tenders is an “Art Form” and that it is “one of his favourite things to do”.

Rosemary Morrison

Declan Barry

Director, ExportExplore

Declan Barry has built his entrepreneurial career working in partnership with government agencies around the world, to provide real-world results for companies eager to sell in export markets and infiltrate significant supply chains. Declan has worked in markets as diverse as technology, financial services, medical devices and aerospace, among others.

As a firm believer in personal development, Declan holds a BSc in International Marketing, MSc in Executive Leadership, and is due to complete an MBA in 2020. He is currently a full member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and the Institute of Export.

While maintaining a low profile, Declan has received a leadership award from Boston College, USA, studied strategic negotiation at University of Michigan and was listed in the Independent News Paper ’40 under 40′ lists for Ireland, as well as being a finalist for Young Leader of the Year in 2017.

Valerie McConville

Valerie is responsible for all membership business development, developing customer relationships and helping members to develop their professional networks and enhance their profile.

With a career in sales spanning 25 years, Valerie is well known to many businesses across Northern Ireland. She has previously worked in media managing local newspapers and websites, and was Advertising Manager with the Irish News for seven years. Most recently, she held the post of Head of Group Development following the acquisition of Q Radio and River Media by the Irish News.
