With a background in B2B sales, Lesley is a quick-thinking, highly motivated individual who likes to see result just as much as she likes to see happy tenants at Clockwise. Whilst overseeing the entire Clockwise team and managing all leases, she has been instrumental in the implementation of the expanded Glasgow facility.

An IT expert with a background in retail, Kirsten also handles our accounts department and supports Lesley Anne with ensuring Clockwise Runs like clockwork.

As facilities assistant, Charlie ensures that our tenant’s requests are met and standards are maintained through our the building. We’re committed to staff progression and Charlie is testimony to this; having recently gained her administration and business services apprenticeship, she is currently receiving ongoing facilities training and is also fulfilling the position as second floor receptionist.

At Clockwise we know first impressions are important, and our head receptionist Suzanne’s friendly and approachable manner ensures a warm welcome for our tenants and their guests. Got an event to organise? Suzanne is on hand to help make sure it is a success and your guests leave with the lasting impression you desire. Suzanne also deals with meeting room bookings as well as all things mailroom-related.

Rachel McAdam

With over ten years’ experience in the hotel industry, Rachel knows the importance of putting the customer first. She makes it her main priority to ensure that all Clockwise tenants are happy and receive a personalised and efficient service. Part of Rachel’s role as General Manager is overseeing the sales and leasing processes for Belfast, including lead generation, setting up appointments with potential tenants and giving tours of the centre, as well as dealing with any follow-up meetings or negotiations.

Rachael O’Reilly

Drawing on her background in operations management within the hospitality industry, Rachael prides herself on having a practical, hands-on approach towards the day-to-day running of the business whilst also being friendly and approachable. She graduated from Queen’s University in Belfast with an MSc in Marketing, and after focusing on digital marketing, part of her daily role involves running the social media accounts and helping with all things IT-related for the business.
